For Australian allied health providers

Stop NDIS claim rejections before they hit your cash flow.

Refyne reviews your NDIS claim evidence before submission, so claims don't get rejected and stuck in review for weeks.

Read only. No portal access. No obligation.

Claim Evidence Risk Scan Sample report
Therapy session — evidence supports claim Green
Travel claim — note doesn't show distance/time Yellow
Capacity building — no goal link in case note Red
Service agreement — line item matches plan Green

Based on the records provided, the evidence appears to support or not support each claim. Human review required.

A rejected claim isn't a paperwork problem. It's a cash flow problem.

The NDIA is reviewing thousands of claims every month. When a claim is rejected, the payment can be held up for weeks while you scramble to find the evidence that supports it. Often it comes down to something small that was easy to miss at submission.

30–60
Days a payment can be delayed after a single claim rejection.
20,000
High risk claims reviewed by the NDIA each month.
1 line
A single vague case note or mismatched service agreement can stall the whole claim.

We organise your existing evidence and show you where the gaps are.

Refyne doesn't create or rewrite your records. It checks the evidence you already have against each claim line and flags where the support is thin, so a human can review it before you submit.

Step 01

You send read only exports

Case notes, rosters, service agreements and plans. No portal credentials, no system access. You stay in control of your data.

Step 02

Refyne reviews the evidence

We check up to 25 recent claim lines against the records that support them, and identify where evidence is missing or doesn't line up.

Step 03

You get a Green, Yellow, Red report

A simple report showing which claims look well supported, which need a closer look, and which are at risk, ready for your human review.

Refyne supports your judgement, it doesn't replace it. Refyne identifies gaps and organises evidence for review. It does not make claims compliant and does not decide whether a claim is payable. Every report is for human review before submission.

Michael Issa, Founder of Refyne

I started Refyne after seeing how much revenue allied health providers lose to claim rejections that were entirely preventable. A vague case note or a mismatched service agreement shouldn't cost you weeks of held up payments. Refyne exists to catch those gaps before they reach the NDIA. Michael Issa, Founder of Refyne

What providers usually ask first.

Do you need access to my NDIS portal or systems?
No. Refyne works entirely from read only exports you send us, such as case notes, rosters, service agreements and participant plans. We never ask for portal logins or system access, and we can't change anything in your records.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
All data is stored in Australia. Refyne is built for Australian healthcare data sovereignty from the ground up. Your records are only used to produce your report, and never used to train any AI model.
Does Refyne decide whether my claims are compliant?
No, and this is important. Refyne organises your existing evidence and flags where it looks thin or missing. It does not make claims compliant and does not decide whether a claim is payable. Every report is prepared for a human to review before you submit.
What happens after the free Risk Scan?
You get your Green, Yellow, Red report and a short call to talk through it. There's no obligation. If the scan shows Refyne can genuinely help your practice, we'll discuss an ongoing plan tailored to your size and claim volume. If it can't, we'll tell you that too.
How long does the free scan take?
Once you send the read only exports, the scan covers up to 25 recent claim lines and the report comes back to you shortly after. The first call to set it up takes about 15 minutes.
